The last item is a set of books on the bookshelf in the hallway. Walk to the left and push the old chair. Squeeze through the opening. Pull the blue dresser and then move the desk again but this time, push it. Pull the cooler and then Max will be able to squeeze through another opening. The amulet will be within your reach. Take a picture of it before grabbing it. Once Max has the amulet, Max will head outside to give it to Chloe. Before giving her the amulet, take a photo of Chloe on the swingset.

Chloe will need help getting the amulet to stay on the telescope and Max will offer to find something. Look for the grave by the fence on the opposite side of the backyard.

Grab one of the flowers from the tire to put on the grave. Chloe will ask Max to find where the treasure is using the telescope. Line up the drawing on the lens using the windows of the house next door. Chloe and Max will go through the items. After doing that, look for the photo album on the shelf next to the couch and Max will want to recapture the picture. Grab the hat on the coffee table and ask Chloe to pose with it.

You can also check a message on the answering machine which will explain why Chloe is throwing away her hoodie and her response to her time at Blackwell.
